🎨 Mini Art Therapy Exercise

Title: “Where Love Lives in Me”

🧠 Purpose:

To explore where and how love shows up in your body, memories, and life — using color, shape, and emotion.

🖌️ Instructions:

Take a few deep breaths. Close your eyes and ask yourself:

  • “If love had a color, what would it be?”

  • “Where do I feel love most in my body?”

  • “What memory makes me feel loved and safe?”

    • On a blank page, draw a simple outline of your body (you can use a template or just a loose shape).

    • Maybe your hands are where you show love through creativity.

    • Maybe your chest holds memories of hugs or comforting words.

    • Use colors, symbols, or shapes to fill in the areas where you feel love lives.

  1. Around the body, draw or write symbols of people, places, or actions that represent love in your life.

  2. When finished, reflect with this prompt:

    • “What surprised me about how I express or receive love?”

Prompt Title: “Painting What Love Feels Like”

“If your love took up space in a room, what would it look like? Describe or paint it. Would it be soft and glowing? Bold and loud? What textures or objects would it fill the room with? Let your imagination create a space where love feels at home.”
