Everything You Need to Know About Shopping with Purposeful Dreamer

What types of products do you offer?
We offer a thoughtfully curated selection of art prints, digital downloads, upcycled pieces, and intentional designs created to inspire personal growth, wellness, and creativity.

Are your products digital or physical?
We offer both. Many of our designs are available as digital downloads for instant use, while others (like prints and select merchandise) are made to order and shipped to you.

How does made-to-order work?
To reduce waste and promote sustainability, most physical products are made only when ordered. This ensures your item is crafted just for you, with intention and care.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. Made-to-order physical items typically ship within 3 to 7 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location.

Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love your purchase. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please email karina@purposefuldreamer.co within 30 days of delivery (or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages). Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase. Some items—like perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards—cannot be returned. Once your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Yes. Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We use on-demand production, eco-conscious packaging, and upcycled materials whenever possible.
